We are based at Brackenhurst Campus but are accessible to City and Clifton students so no matter where you live or what course you’re on you can join us.
The society travels to beautiful parts of Nottinghamshire to participate in activities such as...
• Coppicing/pollarding trees
• Pond maintenance
• Putting up bird boxes
• General woodland clearance
• Tree identification
• And much more!
No experience is necessary.
Social events include BBQs, pub crawls and treasure hunts whilst trips further afield are being planned all the time.

Being cheaper than a gym it’s a fantastic way of keeping fit and having fun at the same time, there’s certainly never a dull moment and every event has a new experience to offer. You can meet like–minded people (then hit them with tree branches) and make some valuable contacts within the industry.
